Description
A jump between two different points, generally landing on a small surface. In most cases, the landing is done on the anterior part of the feet.
When the landing is precise and stable, and the practitioner keeps his balance on the landing surface, this is referred to as sticking the landing, or a stick.
Notes
The sound of the landing is one of the best indicators of the quality of the technique: too much noise = poor or insufficient bending of the legs = impact.
