Description
Participants perform a vertical wallrun against a wall and try to stick their post-it as high as possible. They then try to improve and stick the post-its higher and higher !
If necessary, points can be attributed depending on the height of the post-its after some practice time.
Variations
➖/➕Group variation: create an even number of teams. The players try to stick post-its as high as possible. After some time, the teams switch and try to remove the post-its from the opposite team. This is very useful to have less to clean up after the class !
