Objective

Create a run integrating a specific move.

Description

Every group is attributed a parkour technique. They have 5-10 minutes to prepare a run by adding a few moves before and after the required technique.

Variations

➕Put groups in pairs. Each group picks a move and makes the other group use it.

Notes

The required move can be a technique learned during the lesson or picked randomly. But all participants must be capable of doing these techniques.

Other types of constraints can be given: transitions (a cartwheel), a starting position (from sitting), a limb (with one arm), etc.
