Objective
Train endurance and vaults.
Organisation
⌛Duration: 20min
👥Participants: 2 teams of 5-12 players
⚙️️Equipment: 4 boxes, 1 soft ball, 2 cones or stakes
Description
Two teams alternate between attack and defence.
Attack: players start in pairs from the cones. A player throws the ball in the field, and they must go touch the boxes as many times as possible. A box cannot be touched twice in a row, but it is possible to alternate between two boxes.
- A touched box = 1pt
- A box cleared = current points x2
When a player thinks they have enough points, they put them in the "bank" by touching a wall and raising their arm. If they get touched by the ball before they have put their points in the bank, they get 0 points for their team.
Defence: players spread across the field and try to eliminate the attackers by shooting the ball at them. Three steps maximum with the ball in hands.
After 2 two turns from the attackers, the teams switch roles.

Variations
➖To lower the cognitive load, vaulting over a box awards 10 points.
➕Baseball variation: three eliminations = teams switch roles.
Notes
The attackers must be organized so that the next attacker counts the points of the one who is playing. It is necessary to keep track of the points after each run so that the total can be calculated at the end of the round.
