Description
The pairs stand facing each other, close together, with their hands at chest level. They must throw their opponent off balance by pushing only on their hands. They can push with one hand, both hands, or use feints, but they may not hold hands or push on any other part of the body. They win the point when the opponent moves their foot.
Variations
➖/➕On one foot, holding on hand. The player who moves their foot or puts down their second foot loses.
➖/➕In a lateral position, like fencing, holding one hand. The aim is to pull the other to make them move their feet.
Notes
There must be sufficient space around every player, to avoid falling on another player or on an obstacle.
