Description

Each participant creates 3 small balance challenges. For example: moving around while balancing on a bar, do a precision jump and stick the landing on a small ledge, keeping balance on one foot with eyes closed...

Put the practitioners in pairs. Everyone shows their challenges to their partner and tries to complete the challenges they're given.

Pooling: every pair selects the challenge that was the most interesting, and shows it to the whole group.

Variations
