Description

Half of the participants are athletes, the other half are coaches. The athletes pick difficult jumps or moves. The coaches help them find ways of simulation the jumps in safe conditions. They can also propose a progression or help by spotting them.

Once the athlete is sufficiently prepared, they can attempt the real jump if they feel safe enough. Then switch roles.
